This unique and limited service saves you time, making it easy to treat your furry child on a regular basis. You could use a helping hand making sure you don’t get flustered in the morning rush. We cannot extend our working hours or Services due to delays caused by traffic. Please understand that there are some things out of our control that can affect our route (accidents, traffic…), but that our staff are doing their best to provide a timely service.If you want us to stay and wait a $15 fee will be applied for delaying the service (Applies to both pick-up and drop-off).
If you are not ready, we can wait 7 minutes before continuing our route. 5 minutes before we arrive, we will send you a text message to tell you we are close.Mon – Sat DROP-OFF: 9:45AM – 12PM (Pick-up time + 3 hours).
